Purpose and goal
The project was supposed to lead to a prototype for positional tracking for mobile virtual reality. The prototype should make it possible to demonstrate the idea to investors to be able to continue the work towards a finished product. The prototype was finished with expected results. The work around the project led to an investment from Almi Invest to push the idea to a finished product.
Expected results and effects
The expected results of the project was to be able to attract external capital and we can state that it was successful, since Almi Invest chose to invest in the idea to bring it towards a finished product.
Planned approach and implementation
The project has progressed well according to the described milestones. Some milestones needed more work than anticipated but they where all well described and worked well when they was put together in the end to finish the prototype. The hardest part was to build the team at the same time as progressing with the prototype but everything worked well in the end and we are well prepared for future work in and around the invention.
