We forecast 3-5 new clients during the first year of sales with both municipalities and private caregivers as clients. Income during year 1 is budgeted to 1 MSEK based on sales of 15 robots. Year 2 we forecast a turnover of 6 MSEK which will generate new jobs in the company. In year 3 we expect to yield profit and in year 4 we will reach return on investment.
Approach and implementation
We had an adequate design of the project with 6 workpackages. The company followed the plan. The main deviation was budgetary with a high increase in the external services charges due to the complexity of the project. The project was completed due to additional funding outside the project.
