Important results from the project

The assignment was to carry out a pilot study on the pre-conditions of an experiment with a pharmaceutical service at outpatient pharmacies. The goal was suggestions on how an experiment can be organised for a patient group and lead to better complience. A design workshop has been conducted, to reach a consensus on how an experiment in the form of a policy lab can be set up. The participants appreciated the method presented during the workshop. Pharmacy operators and TLV reached consensus.

Expected long term effects

The workshop explored the conditions for how a policy lab can be organised to support collaboration between different actors, regulatory development and innovation to develop pharmaceutical services. The workshop focused on the framework of the policy lab. In the evaluation, the participants stated that they appreciated the approach of design methods and that it was successful. TLV proposes that TLV be commissioned to conduct an experiment with pharmaceutical services, in the form of a policy lab.
