Call Planning grant for international proposal 2024

Purpose and goal

VentriLabs is developing a gentle pump technology that enables the safe handling of sensitive liquids, such as blood. In collaboration with the Austrian company Qubicon, we plan to apply for Eurostars in the spring of 2025. The planning grant will finance critical activities required to create a competitive Eurostars application. This includes, among other things: market and stakeholder analysis, identification of additional international project partners, and the hiring of a writing consultant.

Expected effects and result

After completing the project, VentriLabs and Qubicon are expected to jointly develop a competitive application for the 2025 Eurostars call, with the help of an external expert in international applications. Prior to the Eurostars application, product tests will be conducted to identify necessary activities, thereby creating a feasible project plan and budget. Furthermore, stakeholder analyses will be carried out with the aim of identifying additional potential partners and customers.

Planned approach and implementation

The project is divided into three main areas: Project Planning: Set goals, milestones, timelines, and budget, and test the digital pump system to identify potential challenges. Consortium and Stakeholder Analysis: Identify additional partners and conduct market and stakeholder analysis to better understand customer needs and challenges. Application: Hire an expert in European grant applications to write a strong project proposal in collaboration with project partners.
