Purpose and goal
The project will develop a conceptual model for person-centred eHealth in dialogue with patient representatives, care providers, research organizations, and commercial actors. Within this model, a number of concrete solutions will be identified and assessed. The foundation for the project is person-centred care on the pillars of partnership, narrative and documentation. In form A necessary partners for building and establishing the model will be identified and invited, and their roles clarified.
