Purpose and goal
The project goal is to use AI to create an evidence-based process to optimize towards sustainable parking & mobility planning for municipalities and real estate developers and owners.
Expected effects and result
Parkyria AI is transforming parking planning using AI, open data, and predictive analytics, replacing outdated systems with a scalable innovation platform. Resulting in an AI-driven platform for Örebro and Lund municipalities´ parking and mobility planning enabling digitalization and standardization of municipalities´ planning processes. The effect is savings and efficiency, transparency and data-driven decision-making as well as long-term benefits for developers, municipalities and residents.
Planned approach and implementation
The project implements a sprint format with ongoing feedback from project partners and pilots in Örebro and Lund. It begins with identification and analysis of data, followed by digitization of analogue processes and integration of data and AI into the platform. Tests are being carried out with a focus on Örebro and Lund. An ongoing evaluation of possible standardization is being carried out in collaboration with other actors. The project ends with activities for dissemination.
