Purpose and goal
Open social e-services has been designed for three different item types in social services. The result has been established by a business model for the supplier of the operating systems. By developing the e-services one step more the use can be increased and new possibilities for commercialization can be achieved. The e-services are developed with integration to current processing and a general process in purpose to lower the citizens fee is established. The e-services are customized by rolebased Service Certificate to offer managers.
