Purpose and goal
The aim of the project was refine our value proposition and test whether our platform is possible to build. We have met our goals and have developed prototypes for all modules of the Normative platform and also built the Normative Karma app, which is now in pre-alpha for Android and the web. In addition, we tested our value proposition by preparing a crowdfunding campaign which we will do next year.
Results and expected effects
The result of this project is that we are now prepared to establish ourselves as a leader in ethical data and how the data is applied to make the world better in 2015. We have - Already got funding for the spring and will soon secure financing for the remainder of the year. - Prepared a manuscript and produced parts of a crowdfunding video that we will use for a crowdfunding campaign. - Strengthened and expanded our network and now have relevant contacts and collaborations in Oxford, Silicon Valley, Scania and Stockholm. We expect that our collaborations will become public within six months.
Approach and implementation
We have completed everything we set out to do except make our own blog and write a press release about the project, which, however, we plan to do in the spring. In addition to our accomplishments written above, we have also - A new website. - A Facebook page. - Guest blogged 4 times. - An impact database with LCA for over 5300 products and per capita values of several key variables in 80 countries. - A database of excellent giving opportunities. - A questionnaire that can calculate your impact on the world in six variables. - Competed and reached the final in two of MIT Climate Colab´s contests.
