Purpose and goal
The purpose was to investigate the market for mounting of alpine skis regarding process and workflow and to sort out wether we could improve it for staff and end customer with our product idea. The goal was to collect information regarding workflow and process and to develop a functional prototype.
Expected results and effects
We have got a lot of information regarding process and workflow, about the market, including customers and competitors, knowledge regarding legal aspects as well as developing a functional prototype for testing and evaluating.
Planned approach and implementation
We had a clear gameplan from start. We followed it and took step by step. During the process we collected a lot of new valuable information as well as some problems, making us to rethink and in some cases change priority. It could be anything from construction to work process.
