Purpose and goal
The aim with this project is to:
a) conduct market research
b) identify stakeholders and potential partners
c) establish product and marketing materials
d) develop an evidence generation plan
The goal is to increase our knowledge of the market, target audience, competition and users´ unmet needs in preparation for a successful market introduction.
Expected effects and result
We expect a clearer and updated picture of the market, including insights into competition, customer segments and current trends in the field, as well as an evidence generation plan. Based on the outcomes of this project we plan to conduct a product validation in collaboration with key opinion leaders to strengthen the evidence for the reliability and benefit of the platform. This will in turn improve our strategic positioning and increase the chances of a successful market introduction.
Planned approach and implementation
The project includes the development of product and marketing materials as well as the planning and implementation of a market study in aim to ensure that the product´s value proposition is relevant to the target group. The work results in a presentation material (slide deck) that can be used in dialogue with the market, investors, partners and customers, as well as a compilation of methods and results from the conducted market study.
