Important results from the project

Our goal was to receive competence strenghtening for a limited period from an external consultant to conduct a market investigation, identify stakeholders and collaboration partners, develop product and marketing materials, and develop an evidence generation plan. Outcome: The goal of the project was met earlier than expected and gave us new, important knowledge. Support and competence enhancement has been received from an external consultant with solid experience in the field.

Expected long term effects

As a results of the project, new projects are expected to be started to take the product to market: 1) A production project aiming to ensure quality and documentation of the production process, and 2) New collaboration projects as well as beta test studies to validate the product prior to launch.

Approach and implementation

We have worked according to plan. The work was carried out in the form of sub-activities with frequent and regular coordination meetings. The collaboration and transfer of knowledge has worked very well and smoothly.
