Call Collaborations with the US in AI, digital infrastructure and cyber security

Purpose and goal

The aim is to create conditions for innovation collaboration with the US in AI/digital infrastructure by investigating real-time 3D streaming of industrial digital twins in an AI-interpretable format. The goals are to define the architecture/pipeline, develop a mockup, manually evaluate the AI agent´s interpretation of 3D+metadata, and identify and plan continued step 2 with US partners.

Expected effects and result

Expected results are a defined architecture for AI-interpretable real-time streaming of industrial digital twins, a mockup/demo and a manual evaluation of how an AI agent interprets 3D+metadata. In addition, US-actors are identified and evaluated and a plan/roadmap for stage 2 is developed. Effects: strengthened Sweden–US collaboration, increased AI/digital infrastructure capability and accelerated industrialization.

Planned approach and implementation

The approach has three phases: preparation (eligibility requirements/technology selection, use case and identification of US-actors), US stay (meetings, demo, workshops and development of a joint roadmap/testing approach) and follow-up work (analysis, updated mockup/architecture and plan for stage 2). The work is divided into AP1 architecture study, AP2 mockup/demo, AP3 partner selection, AP4 implementation plan.
