| Call | Impact Innovation: Preparatory project for a reformed public sector |
Purpose and goal
The project aims to develop a model for better collaboration between the public and private sectors and civil society to increase employment and well-being for young people between 16-29 years of age who are currently neither working nor studying. The goal is to develop a structure for how different actors can work together based on the conditions of the sparsely populated region.
Expected effects and result
The ambition is to develop a model with broad support that can be tested in a future implementation project, which will allow for this group of young people who are neither working nor studying to be included in the local labor market, where there is a great shortage.
Planned approach and implementation
The project is a pre-study that has the ambition to lead to an implementation project. The study will focus on mapping existing efforts and best practices, addressing all involved actors in all sectors. Based on this, the project will create a possible collaboration model to facilitate the work with and for the UVAS group. This model will be anchored in all affected organizations with the goal of taking the next step in an implementation project.
