Purpose and goal

Develop the consortium with actors that strengthen the project´s strategic and operational work and calibrate and concretize original proposals for activities, KPIs and expected results. The planning project aims to calibrate work packages, create consensus and efficient collaboration ahead of our first joint Horizon proposal, and ensure that the project meets the call´s eligibility requirements on innovation, diversity and policy relevance.

Expected effects and result

The project will propose methods and strategies to promote and sustain the social fabric of neighborhoods and support their green transition. These will be explored and demonstrated in at least three neighborhoods and analyze their effectiveness and potential lasting effects over time, especially in terms of community engagement, for marginalized and underrepresented groups in society.

Planned approach and implementation

June-Nov 2025 Activities AP1 Partnership • Weekly meetings for digital check-in of the emerging project partnership, June-Sep • Partnership meeting - physical, preliminary in Brussels/Antwerp, September Acitivity AP2 Proposal writing - synergy research (SSH) and internship Special focus on learning between the consortium´s academic partners, and partners in the local testbeds.
