Important results from the project
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The purpose was to design a model for the development of cross-border solutions, primarily in e-health, between regions and municipalities. The goal was an increased, structured and more clearly described collaboration within e- Health and innovation between municipalities and the region in Östergötland. The work resulted in a described model for how to collaborate on e-health that needs to involve these parties. The model includes proposals for processes, roles for preparation and making joint decisions.
Expected long term effects
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** Interview of employees within the municipality and region around collaboration regarding e- health. Interview results have been processed with representatives within the municipality and region in workshops. Based on this, a model has been developed as collaboration around eHealth consists in and what is important to manage to arrive at the results. The model can be used to collaborate around a concrete example or to discuss about the opportunities and challenges that exist when 14 principals are to collaborate for the benefit of the resident.
Approach and implementation
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The project was planned to be implemented in two work packages: "lessons and experiences of similar activities" and "analyze and describe collaboration model". Lessons were learned through interviews with employees within the municipality and region. Analysis and description took place in a workshop with visualization of results. Employees from different parts of activities and position in the municipality and region participated in interviews and workshops. The pandemic caused the project to be postponed by six months.
