Purpose and goal

Models for Strategic Business Development in Public ServiceThe purpose of the project is to develop models for strategic organizational development aimed at bringing together the interaction between citizens and the municipal oraganization (front-office) with the back-office processes in the organization in a sustainable way.

Results and expected effects

The project will deliver a model for sustainable organizational development. The model includes three components, or sub-models: 1. A model for the development of needs-based e-services. 2. A model to measure development- and transaction costs for e-services devlivered with different channels. 3. A model for private-public partnership for the development and use of e-services.

Approach and implementation

The project is organized around three distinct partners. researchers, Skellefteå kommun, and an industry council. The outcome includes six workpackages and is governed by a special board.
