Purpose and goal
The project aims to prepare for the establishment of Calejo´s American pilots in the VA market. which is a prerequisite for a market breakthrough. The technology has already been validated in several Swedish pilot collaborations, and Calejo´s services have the potential to be established as an international AI-as-a-Service standard. The project will map the market and needs across various US states, customer contacts, and partnerships with technical consultants, authorities, and legal experts.
Expected effects and result
Sub-goals: - Identify and conduct meetings with at least 10 strategically relevant actors - Establish at least 3 qualified leads for potential collaborations - Collect and analyze market insights that complement the existing business strategy Deliverables: - A completed meeting schedule and contact list for NVIDIA GTC 2026 - An updated market analysis and business plan for the USA - Report summarizing completed activities, results, and Recommendations for continued work with market analysis
Planned approach and implementation
AP 1: Preparation - Mapping of relevant actors. - Planning and booking of meetings in connection with the conference. - A structured meeting schedule before the conference. - Identified and contacted AP 2: Implementation - Participation in the conference. - Conducting at least 10 pre-booked meetings. - Conducting meetings with strategically important actors.
