Purpose and goal

The project has aimed to make the new microflow resources within the existing test and demo facility for flow measurement known, available and tailored to new users. The project has achieved the following objectives - Initiated cooperation with new partners - Adaptation of existing facilities to new customer segments - Knowledge transfer to a development project - Spread knowledge about the ToD-plant facilities - Enhanced international contacts

Expected results and effects

Industrial and academic stakeholders have shown a great interest in the challenges in microflow area. These are now planned to be explored further within the network established by the project. The Microflow ToD has been adapted to address identified challenges affecting cross-industry solutions. The project has resulted in Three issues that have been developed together with the industry (automotive and life science). A project proposal has been submitted to VINNOVA UDI 1 and further applications planned for the Children´s Cancer Foundation and the European EIT Health call.

Planned approach and implementation

Three workshops were organized with potential users to identify needs and develop services to frame the challenges. Interviews with industry and academic experts were also conducted to specify the offers and arrangement for the use of the TOD facility for microflow. The involvement of the stakeholders was very good.
