Status Completed

Purpose and goal

The purpose of the project is to communicate on gene and cell therapies in particular by creating a one-stop shop website. In order to do this we need to bring together experts in science communication, patients’s representatives, industry, SMEs, clinical and academic researchers, and European learned societies. The target groups for the communication will be patients, authorities, decision makers, developers and medical professionals. The goal is to build a portal that will ensure that the right information about cell and gene therapies reaches the right actor.

Expected results and effects

The effect of disseminating information to the right actors is expected to result in better and more efficient product development and that decision makers and patients are updated with information that has been reviewed by experts. The portal should also serve as a reliable and up-to-date source of information for health authorities.
