Purpose and goal

The aim of the project was to establish an action plan for how companies and researchers in Sweden can be united in knowledge building and change management, which in turn is aimed at a prime development must be managed and organized to meet the demands of both efficiency and innovation in organizations. The goal was to identify challenges, measures to address these challenges and bring together relevant stakeholders. These objectives have all been met.

Results and expected effects

The objectives of the project have been met and challenges as well as appropriate measures are presented in a report that the project delivers. A concrete result of the project is the proposed action plan. In addition, as an effect of the project, there is a strong willingness among the actors involved to continue the cooperation and tackle challenges both for knowledge and for practical change management in organizations.

Approach and implementation

The project has involved a range of actors from both universities and businesses and organizations in the society. These actors have met in seminars and workshops and about twenty interviews were conducted. Furthermore, researchers delivered their own analyzes on current knowledge and activities which have been combined into a final result. Feedback to the companies has been given continuously which contributed also to the iterative development of the proposed action plan.
