Purpose and goal

Bridge the connection of the Swedish company to the Chinese partners. Aimed to find Chinese partners that make our product to be improved in both technology and market. We also need to understand the Chinese regulations to pave the way to the sales. To visit a couple of different sino-nordic companies that already landed in China and see how everything goes for each one of them. To see how they fit for the local team and market, how to protect the IPs and all the other related assets.

Expected results and effects

We have attended the match making event with Vinnova from Nov.5th to Nov.10th. We have shown our products for the Chinese potential partners. We understand more about the joint possiblities for a Swedish company as us to come to China for the potential technological collaborations and market exploring. We understand well for the good policy and support from the local government and also the good working environment and green light for regulations. We have seen the possibilities of the support from different organizations. We also got a couple of companies interested in us.

Planned approach and implementation

China has a strong technology trend for applying Artificial Intelligence to the health care system and they are one of the top countries with AI engineering team and engineers. We have to avoid all the risks to enter the Chinese market. The data security is one important project for tele-medicine companies and we should separate the cloud services between Swedish cloud and Chinese cloud in case the risk of data leakage.
