Important results from the project
The project achieved its goal of developing a concrete model for collaboration on skills provision between public sector and companies. Through workshops, a shared understanding of challenges and solutions was established. New actors such as Emilkraften and Hitech became involved, broadening perspectives and contributing valuable expertise. Collaboration was strengthened, and the model attracted interest beyond the project group, showing potential for dissemination and long-term regional impact.
Expected long term effects
The project is expected to support long-term collaboration between municipalities and companies, strengthening skills provision and place attractiveness. By testing a concrete collaboration model, it improves conditions to meet future competence needs, especially in rural areas. The model has involved more actors than planned, showing its relevance and potential for broader use. In the long term, it may foster regional development, better labor market matching, and increased innovation capacity.
Approach and implementation
The project ran from November 2024 to June 2025 and followed an interactive, iterative, and action-oriented approach, led by researchers and a process facilitator. Each workshop included shared learning, experience exchange, and reflection. The process was structured into four learning cycles, each consisting of: - A joint workshop with all participants - A home assignment linked to the project’s goals - Lectures and reflections on relevant topics
