Important results from the project
We have developed an IP strategy, a hands-on action plan for the Shine project, by mapping, analyzing, and evaluating the importance of immaterial assets in the project and its context. The result of the work is a general increased awareness of the importance of these aspects for a startup
Expected long term effects
The result of our work is a document, recommending a focus on design and logo as well as agreements for collaborations in the future. We have recently become aware of the impact a lack of agreement or agreements difficult to interpret can have. With rising knowledge, we hope protection and agreements at a relevant level will come naturally to avoid future problems.
Approach and implementation
.The IP- strategy is a result of many workshops, from the project application to running through the final IP strategy document. Besides, we have discussed situations occurring during the time of the project shedding light on the importance of immaterial rights. We have learned a lot through the process.
