Important results from the project
The aim of the project was to support VINNOVA´s knowledge develoment on the societal engagement of universities.
Expected long term effects
Through a wide variety of activities, the project has supported VINNOVA´s work in the strategic area of the Knowledge Triangle, in particular as regards linking knowledge develoment to the relevant research in the field.
Approach and implementation
The work was carried out in five ways: a) through project participation in VINNOVA´s government commission to measure and evaluate the societal engagement of universities, b) by delivery of a report on universities societal engagement patterns and their effects, including a workshop, c) by contributing to the underpinnings to VINNOVA´s input to the Research Bill of 2016, d) by participating in an OECD study on the knowledge triangle and e) by continuous feedback on a variety of texts and other type of resentations of material.
