Purpose and goal

The project gave us the opportunity to broaden our perspectives, and provide in-depth understanding on market needs and prerequisities, as well as challenges regarding intellectual properties, technological development, and business development. We have strengthened our knowledge and increased our network with partners and suppliers.

Expected results and effects

The project resulted in the necessary foundation for the forthcoming development, technologically, businesswise and financially. We have learnt about difficulties and challenges, which have lead to revised strategies on business model and product launch.

Planned approach and implementation

The project design and implementation has worked well, apart from some delivery delays. We have had a broad approach to be able to cover areas central to next-step-development. The approach has provided important answers, and has pointed out crucial issues to focus our efforts on.
