Reference number
Coordinator IPercept Technology AB
Funding from Vinnova SEK 150 000
Project duration January 2026 - April 2026
Status Ongoing
Venture Advanced digitalization - Industrial needs-driven innovation
Call Collaborations with the US in AI, digital infrastructure and cyber security

Purpose and goal

Establish at least five MoUs with U.S. actors, define first U.S. pilot installation, plan for certification and U.S. market entry. The project combines IPercept´s validated AI diagnostics with American expertise to create data-driven service models. The goal is to establish long-term collaboration on industrial AI for CNC machine condition monitoring and efficiency improvement.

Expected effects and result

Minimum five signed MoUs, defined first U.S. pilot installation including technical scope and work plan, partner-defined bilateral engagement for Stage 2 application, and a clear plan for establishing a U.S. subsidiary with support from Business Sweden. The project strengthens Sweden´s international position in industrial AI and contributes to more sustainable and competitive manufacturing systems.

Planned approach and implementation

The project is executed in three phases: Preparation (partner mapping, meeting scheduling, certification analysis), U.S. presence (in-person meetings and workshops in Silicon Valley during NVIDIA GTC 2026, development of MoUs), and Follow-up (consolidation of results, pilot definition, Stage 2 preparation, establishment roadmap for U.S. with Business Sweden). Total 320 hours distributed across three work packages.
