Important results from the project
The goal of the project was to analyze the current IP portfolio of Cartana, define a strategy for IP handling in the future and to align current and future product development plans with the IP strategy.
Expected long term effects
The outcome of the project was a detailed report that can be used to align future IP development with the strategy. The effect for the company is having better control over IP processes.
Approach and implementation
The project was conducted together with a IP specialist company that in form of interviews with the IP management team of Cartana listed and analyzed all current IP, future developments and all current and future product descriptions. The IP company that wrote a report that summarizes everything in a report with a recommendation for a IP handling strategy that can be used for guidance.
