Important results from the project

The project aimed to validate market hypotheses regarding recruiting via AI, evaluate channels for reaching customers and develop Rektra´s business and business model from market input. Through needs analysis and close dialogue with customers, Rektra has developed its payment model, increased insights into what market channels that reaches their target group the best and niched their market segment towards IT & Tech. Rektras business development was validated though actual sales.

Expected long term effects

The project has led to a revised payment model, a new market niche and knowledge how to reach the target group. Business development is validated through actual sales. Rektra´s user base has grown by 85% and 49% of the users are women, which creates good opportunities to improve diversity and equality in IT & Tech. The project shows that unbiased recruitment via AI is a sustainable innovation and scaling of Rektra is expected to further quantify operational benefits from unbiased recruitment.

Approach and implementation

Initially, market hypotheses regarding recruitment via AI were validated and business development was carried out in close dialogue with potential customers and users. Rektras team was also expanded to maximize the output of funded activities. The second phase of the project focused on increasing awareness of Rektra by validating what market channels and messages that reached Rektra’s target group the best. Implementation of the target group´s feedback was done in parallel, allowing for continuous feedback loops.
