Important results from the project
The objective of the project ´Innovative procurement within the project `Dignified Entrance´ an educational example for public procurement, industry and commerce, users and politicians´ is to stimulate innovation, which can lead to increased quality and new business opportunities in the public sector. By sharing our experiences from the project ´Dignified Entrance´, we want to contribute to the resources available to procurers and suppliers as well as inform about benefits of innovative procurement.
Expected long term effects
The project can lead to public procurers making both financial and qualitative gains, as well as improvements at the societal level through the development of life-enhancing innovations and to potential exports. One result of the project is the verification of the benefits of the procurement process that was applied in the project ´Dignified Entrance.´ Based on this, material presenting an innovative work process has been developed so that it can be practically applied
