Innovation governance and smart specialisation strategies

Purpose and goal

support complex projects / processes in regional areas of strength (Smart Specialisation Areas) and innovation. One condition was that the projects/processes must be of such a nature that any kind of public support is considered necessary for the process to start and / or kept going until other funding can be secured. Expected results and effects
