The project has been divided into six work packages, all of which have been implemented largely as planned. Deviations are in terms of the amount of resources needed to establish the test nodes and reference projects have been changed compared those that were identified in the project plan. Development of the testbed through practical projects have been demanding but effective in that process are identified and verified in parallel. Active and committed participation and trust from all stakeholders has been essential. The number of paying projects has been larger than planned.
