Important results from the project
The coordination project aims at keeping the activities within InfraSweden2030 together. The goal has been to ensure, through various activities, the operational and strategic progress of the program as well as effective management, monitoring, support and communication. This has been achieved through annual calls, strategic projects, various activities (workshops, seminars and webinars), internal/external strategic discussions, application and project support, innovation coaching, project- and impact logic follow-up as well as internal program meetings.
Expected long term effects
The coordination project´s expected results have been well-executed efforts and activities in accordance with the annual operational plan and the program´s overall objectives and impact logic. This has included e.g. three calls for proposals that has led to 23 innovation projects, 27 strategic projects and two innovation competitions. Project conferences, workshops and webinars, project support and follow-up, innovation coaching, collaboration and networking, members´ assembly, open house, strategy day and board meetings are among the organized activities.
Approach and implementation
The coordination project consists of a series of activities that are either continuous (e.g. dialogue with focus area leaders, project support and follow-up, communication, collaboration), recurring with a certain frequency (e.g. annual open house and member assembly, board meetings, project conferences, workshops and seminars/webinars), or if needed (e.g. procurement of support services within innovation management). The coordination project´s activities hold the program´s strategic/operational work together in line with the annual plan and program description.
