Important results from the project
In this project we have developed a technical support system for the creation of a data collection tool that works well for people with cognitive and mental disabilities. The result is a solution that creates new opportunities for people with these disabilities to become more involved in surveys, research and development processes.
Expected long term effects
The project work has resulted in a base platform for the collection tool, including basic functions for the collection of data. The testing carried out on the platform have confirmed that the tool is both interesting and relevant to potential customers, thus laying a good foundation for future dissemination and uptake of the tool and method.
Approach and implementation
The project was conducted in collaboration with partners and stakeholders. In addition to the development of the tool, we have conducted user testing, both internally and with end users to ensure further development of the tool. As planned, we have included customer representatives early in the process and we have noted a great interest from representatives of public authorities, municipalities and interest groups.
