Important results from the project

The purpose of the project was to prepare the imagiQ3Hybrid for the demonstration phase prior market launch. The main goal of the FeasibilityStudyis was to assure that the imagiQ3 Hybrid project comprises all the necessary technical, commercial and financial components facilitating a smooth completion of activities prior to market launch. The outcome was positive and will result in a continuation of the the commercialisation.

Expected long term effects

Expected effects from the project included an increased shift to MinimallyInvasive Surgery(MIS) thanks to the innovative features of the operating table imagiq3hybrids; full connectivityto the C-arm, automation and flotation and best-in-class imaging quality. The result from the project became a feasibility report, with the conclusions to continue, including a full business plan and the work plan for Phase 2 (month 5)

Approach and implementation

The project consists of one WP with the following task Task 1. Analysis of imagiQ3 Hybrid technical feasibility Task 2. Evaluation of imagiQ3 Hybrid commercial feasibility Task 3. Evaluation of the financial feasibility The project was executed by the team of Stille with the help of external consultants and the work was performed according to expectations.
