Important results from the project

GU Ventures´s vision is that together with innovators, entrepreneurs, the business community and the surrounding society, we shape a better future. The overall goal has been to create economically, socially and environmentally successful and sustainable new businesses that make a difference in a global market. We have achieved this by annually supporting about 40 knowledge-intensive companies in aim to create new jobs and growth. We have offered idea makers a well-developed business development process.

Expected long term effects

The expected effects of GU Ventures activities are to create sustainable value growth, business and jobs by translating ideas sprung from academia into successful commercial companies. GU Ventures then contributes to the development of society and to increased growth.
