Purpose and goal
We have: - Created a meeting project where the meeting between ´needs´ identifiers´ and entrepreneurs will work to provoke market relevant ideas about the target group 80 +. - Created an agreement to manage future intellectual property rights. - Formulated a process that can lead new uses around the living quality 80 +. - Identified entrepreneurs through interviews. - Identified ´needs´ identifiers´ persons 80 + family members and representatives from the service and care sector.
Results and expected effects
The challenge in this project is to find needs that can be concretised with a reasonable business case for the entrepreneurs. This means that we choose to focus on entrepreneurs who can focus on larger volumes. We also select 2-3 entrepreneurs that do not compete with each other.
Approach and implementation
We have formulated an implementation process that includes identifying of needs, conduct of meetings, development of innovative pilot project that includes competitive analysis and that can lead to new uses for the target group 80 + to maintain its living quality, that have a more enjoyable life, and be able to live at home .
