Purpose and goal
To deepen the understanding of emerging and disruptive technologies and markets, and their consequences for Swedish businesses and general society.
Expected results and effects
The project has identified and analysed six areas: energy, robotics, fintech, industrial digitisation, digital security and new materials. The analyses have been disseminated continuously and in the form of reports. The aim has been to provide accurate and relevant overviews of the areas, as well as establishing discussion fora and meeting places for relevant actors in business, government and academia.
Planned approach and implementation
The areas have been selected in a process of engaging with businesses and other actors to identify emerging technologies and markets. The reports and analyses have been based on a large number of interviews, workshops, as well as data gathering and analysis. The created knowledge and information has been disseminated in reports, media, and through hearings, seminars and participation in conferences and workshops.
