Expected results and effects

The Project gathered information and resources in the city´s departements, social companies, real estate owners and cleantech industry. The Green Guide has become a specialised but integrated part of the city´s company service. A digital and local expo in the Högdalen district and additional advisory services were establihed and resulted in a number of new working places and start-ups. The project´s offering was marketed broadly and might, in the long term, support further development of circular, local food production systems, better use of real estate and growth o companies.

Planned approach and implementation

1. The Green Guide was developed in co-operation with the city´s technical departments and digital service unit. The commercial content could not be fully integrated and export of tool to other users was limited. However, all information is free to use. 2. The development of additional advisory service and the technology expo was sucessfull. The shortage was the project´s limited resources and short duration time. 3. The dialogue with real estate owners and cleantech companies resulted in a number of new start-ups and projects, among social entrepreneurs and food tech companies.
