Important results from the project
The project was succesful in achieving its purpose in accordance to the outlined aims and goals. The outcome of the project provides useful opportunities for future development of Woodisol´s product range and also improved market opportunities.
Expected long term effects
The results of the project in finding an improved fire retardant treatment for wood fibre materials were successful. Both the treatment itself, its environmental impact, its application procedure to the insulation material and the improved result of the end product were very satisfactory.
Approach and implementation
The communication, work and analysis as well as all other aspects of task asignments and team work between the different partners in this project went smoothly, efficiently and very satisfactorily. Woodisol´s involvement was most significantly in the begining and in the first half of the project precisely as outlined in the execution plan.
