Purpose and goal
The aim have been to find a conceptual solution and design a development strategy. Two different concepts have been created.
Results and expected effects
With each of the two strategies could increase the sales could be doubled. But also the price have to be increased as the cost will increase. But it will take time to increse the price. This gap of time has to be concidered.
Approach and implementation
The market have been studied by statistics from SCB. Different strategies have been discussed with Tomas Fagergren, Brandskyddslaget.
