Important results from the project
The project goal was to find a minimum of one international partner for a Eurostars collaboration at the Swiss-Scandinavian Bio-Business Seminar. Currently, one international company is evaluating Abera and its technology for a potential collaboration opportunity.
Expected long term effects
The results that are expected to be gained from this project is that Abera is able to form a collaboration with the partner that is currently evaluating Abera´s technology. The expected effect of this would be gaining financial support from Eurostars to develop a vaccine candidate for a relevant disease that can be out-licensed to a pharmaceutical company.
Approach and implementation
A representative from Abera was present at the seminar. Before the seminar Abera created a company profile on the official website for the Swiss-Scandinavian Bio-Business Seminar. The profile enabled Abera to book one-to-one business meetings with potential partners attending the seminar. This in turn made it possible to meet highly relevant partners that gave feedback and created more effective meetings.
