Project duration June 2013 - September 2013
Status Completed

Purpose and goal

More partners are joining this year, dates are set for the competition and facilities are arranged. However, what is not met is an application to stage two of this call. The reason is that it has been spent significantly more time coordinating and working together than predicted and the focus has instead been on ensuring that other parts of the project are in place. Now a scaled back autumn implementation with smaller budget will take place and new attempts of a larger initiative will come in the spring.

Results and expected effects

Discussions with the following organizations to participate EON, HSB, Riksbyggen, AF Housing, Region Skåne Cooperation with LUSIC, The Black Pearl, Open Ideon, Lund University Innovation System to conduct the event in the fall Two sponsorship agreement in final negotiations, SEB, Baker Tilly Support from jagvillhabostad.nu in the form of networks and contacts In addition, The Black Pearl also begun planning for another innovation competition in late fall.

Approach and implementation

The set-up in the form of FENA itself has been the main actor was decisive for the outcome and their involvement and the development of competition in parallel with the development of the space in which competition will be held has also been very good. However, what has been difficult is the combination of uniting the around extraordinary dedication and more loosely organized FENA with the more bureaucratic and not as risk-prone LU. Although it has sometimes been difficult, there has been good progress.
