Purpose and goal
Overall, this is has been a successful project. The four subprojects have been completed in accordance with the project plan we conducted when applying for the project. We consider the goals of the project to be fulfilled, concretely has the project lead to a concrete plan for commercialization for Evispot.
Expected results and effects
A plan for commercialization has been conducted and a plan for the coming product development has been completed. This plan has been broken down into subparts so that we can monitor and measure our development and to help us focus. This project has truly made it possible for Evispot to more smoothly commercialize our product since we were able to validate and verify several important parts of our future product.
Planned approach and implementation
The project has followed the plan which was set up. Subproject one and two have been tightly intertwined där the majority of subproject one was conducted before the inception of subproject two. Subproject three has been conducted in parallel with one & two since it hasn´t been dependent on any other subproject or other internal projects. Subproject four was conducted after one, two and three as finished.
