Expected results and effects
Expected short-term results are a documented norm-critical process that provides new insights and forms a plan for future development. After the project a process of implementation, further development and distribution of knowledge will follow. The long-term goal is a well-implemented process in the Riksanläggningarna that consistently contributes to increased interest in technical education and the brutality. The proportion of students applying for technical education will increase significantly.
Planned approach and implementation
AP1 consist of research, interviews and surveys to compile experiences and insights for decision making. In AP2 and AP3, a series of workshops and co-creation opportunities are performed, where female participants from the horse industry influence the design. The aim is to further develop the method together with women from the horse industry and create concrete projects that engage participants during the project. In a final step, AP4, the experiences and lessons are collected, analyzed and completed in a project report and accompanying development plan.
