Purpose and goal
We have mainly as a project partner contributed with our expertise and hands on experience as safety assessors and safety managers on how to build safe systems in practice and what norms and standards are used in practice today. As such we have had the possibility to give feedback on what is novel and what is already used in practice, as well as what "new" ideas and concepts within the project could be usable in practice.
Expected results and effects
We have successfully participated in several tasks and deliverables. We have managed to stretch state-of-practice norms like the ISO26262 standard to also incorporate CO-CPS. This is novel and we have concepts regarding composing safety-cases for such systems and what is required of the execution platforms to facilitate these concepts. We have also used project results in our on-going development of courses for the industry, as well as the development and refinement of our safety assessment methods.
Planned approach and implementation
We participated actively, in the invention of new methods and concepts together with MDH, SICS and Qamcom, as well as passively through reviews and feedback to other project partners.
