Important results from the project
The aim has been to develop efficient, inspiring and scalable digitally driven learning for innovation management, in order to create more and better innovations for residents and entrepreneurs. The main goal has been to develop one or more models for learning and support that create efficient innovation management and organizational development, that are based on e-learning. The project has achieved the expected result and now takes the development further in the recently approved follow-up project.
Expected long term effects
We have developed a cohesive concept for learning with drafts of social learning elements, an associated workbook and 17 tested exercises. We have also worked out a draft innovation maturity model. The purpose of the model is to move organizations towards an innovative way of working and to make visible the needs for development. We have also worked with the issue of how to take care and develop the learning support and therefore provided a discussion document as part of this final report. The result is now being further developed in a follow-up project.
Approach and implementation
The work has consisted of 5 work packages processed by a core team of 5 people, with the support of an expert group and a steering group. All work has been done digitally with the help of web-based IT tools. The project has been at the forefront and inspired the organization to new digital ways of working. Implementation has exceeded expectations despite the ongoing pandemic. We therefore believe that this may also have inspired us to open up future recruitment for applicant in, for example, other countries. Something that is now being tested in our follow-up project.
