Purpose and goal
The objective was to evaluate the ongoing cooperation between ALMI and Drivhuset regarding micro financing aimed at young entrepreneurs. The aim was to find a work model for both organisations to follow, as well as identify best practices.
Results and expected effects
The aim to find a working model for both organisations was partly fullfilled, as the organisations are continuously working to better understand the methodology of each other and find a common way to analyze ideas that are looking for micro financing. The goal to identify a best practice was not fulfulles, as it´s nearly impossible to identify a working method that will be applicable on all local offices involved in the project, as the conditions vary vastly between cities and local offices.
Approach and implementation
The workshop focused on three cases, that three groups with participants from both ALMI and Drivhuset got to analyze. All groups used two different tools for better understanding of the road taken by the entrepreneur when s/he is looking for micro financing - the empathy map, and the Customer Journey. A discussion with everyone involved summarized the day, where objectives were identified to be worked on continuously.
