Important results from the project

During the project we refined our products to improve scalability and released an additional course - Dogl Precalculus - to the app stores. We improved our go-to-market strategy by testing many different strategies for reaching potential customers. This included working with strategic partners to reach potential customers through their networks. Finally we gained a greater understanding of the business by creating routines and tools for tracking relevant KPIs.

Expected long term effects

We gained a clear understanding of the market we were targeting as well as the challenges and opportunities available to us with our current products. The tools and business understanding we developed during the course of the project will allow us to continue iterating on our go-to-market strategy and products in an efficient manner. The results and learnings of the project will help us become a profitable company, though that time is further off than anticipated at the project´s start.

Approach and implementation

The project timeline and staffing needed to be adjusted several times during the course of the project due to parental leave and family illness. Because of this we extended the original project plan by approximately 5 months. With the new timeline we were able to complete almost all of the originally planned activities within the expected time frame. Some activities were removed or replaced when it was determined that they wouldn’t contribute to the project goals as anticipated.
