Project duration January 2017 - December 2018
Status Completed

Purpose and goal

The goal has been to stimulate and develop the knowledge of the complex work regarding innovation and renewal in healthcare and municipal care. Through collaboration between innovators in the care system, intermediates and researchers, we have jointly identified, described, packaged and disseminated useful knowledge and methodology for innovation work in healthcare. Through this collaboration, we have identified relevant areas of knowledge and created descriptions adapted for the target group that facilitate application and dissemination of the knowledge.

Expected results and effects

Through the two practical handbooks / guide books, the project contributes to increased competence and internal professionalism in development and innovation in healthcare, as well as knowledge and tools for the intermediaries in the project to further develop their own role in the innovation / development system. The implementation manual contributes specifically to creating better conditions for faster and wider implementation / absorption of innovations.

Planned approach and implementation

Through cooperation between all parties, areas have been identified that would be considered as priorities for "packaging". Within the project we have developed two practical handbooks / guides: 1) Spread model and implementation guide for practitioners 2) Improvement knowledge in healthcare - Principles and tools. These two areas were seen as the most prioritized within the network.

The project description has been provided by the project members themselves and the text has not been looked at by our editors.
