Purpose and goal

The project objectives and goals were formulated in terms of the designing and validation of a survey tool for the mapping of motivational conditions, as well as to make it available through the development of a web-based platform for administration. The project, in its entirety, can be deemed to have fulfilled the objectives and goals that were stipulated prior to the project start. At this time, both the scientific and statistical survey work has been executed and the web-based platform is completed. In addition, the survey has begun to be used by a number of companies and organisations.

Results and expected effects

Prior to the project´s implementation, the effects in terms of commercial benefit, distribution of information, continued cooperation between project parties and continued research were predicted. All effects can be deemed to have been attained as the concept owner has: been able to establish a number of customers as users of the product, the information on motivational conditions in work life is being spread through use of the product, and that there is continued cooperation between the project partners with the objective of furthering the research and development the web system.

Approach and implementation

The project has largely been executed in accordance with the project plan, without any major deviations. An exception occurred in connection with the data collection, which proved to be more time consuming than had been expected, causing a certain amount of delay to the project plan. This was dealt with by reprioritisation of the project´s parts as well as the post addition of any delayed portions. In general, the cooperation between the project partners has functioned very well, which has resulted in a continued cooperation between the parties outside of the framework of the project.

The project description has been provided by the project members themselves and the text has not been looked at by our editors.
