Customized odor reduction with UV-technology

Purpose and goal

UVtech aims to, in collaboration with external experts, document different types of odor formation and then develop air treatment based on this exact knowledge. With these processes documented and described, UVtech would have a proper head start with the ability to tailor air cleaning products for actors in a growing market. UVtech therefore wants to work with SIK to carry out a pilot study to: Firstly, determine which odors and substances are formed during a specific cooking situation. Secondly, document how these substances are reduced through the various stages of air purification.
